About Laura-Edythe

Laura-Edythe Coleman is a Lead Teaching Assistant at the School of Library and Information Science, Florida State University. She has a Masters of Library and Information Science, and Bachelors of Fine Arts.  Currently a PhD student at Florida State University, she is focusing on Museum Informatics.  Her particular area of research examines cultural heritage institutions in communities reconciling civil conflict.  Ms. Coleman seeks to understand the role of information in the creation of individual and collective identities.  In specific, her research studies the exchange of information in the museums of Northern Ireland.
